Since all recived tenders were irregular, the restricted procedure was cancelled and the prequalified applicants are invited to a new negotiated procedure, cf. the Procurement Directive Article 30,(1), (a).

About PLD- subsidiary to LD
The procurement process is conducted on behalf of PLD (Den professionelle forening LD), which is a wholly owned subsidiary to LD. Please find further information about PLD here
Questions – Q&A-document
It is possible to forward questions for clarification on the prequalification procedure, if necessary. The questions have to be in writing and sent to the email-address: tender2011@ld.dk. Questions must be received no later than 24 May 2011.
All questions sent to the above e-mail address on or before 17 May 2011 are expected to be answered by 24 May 2011. Any questions received later than 17 May 2011 will be answered – if it is not considered disproportionately burdensome for LD to answer the questions – no later than 24 May 2011. However, LD will reply as soon as possible to all questions received by e-mail.
Any questions raised later than 6 days before expiry of the time-limit for the submission of the prequalification will not be answered.
The questions and answers will be made anonymous, and both will be made available on the Q&A sheet on LD’s Website www.ld.dk which you are encouraged to check frequently for updates.
