The composition of the LD Pensions Board of Directors is laid down in the Cost-of-Living Allowance Fund Act. The Board is appointed by the Minister for Employment and consists of seven members, four of whom are appointed on the recommendation of the main employees’ organisations, and three of whom are appointed directly by the Minister.
In accordance with the law, the Board of Directors shall be constituted with a chairperson elected from among the members appointed on the recommendation of the organisations, and a deputy chairperson elected from among the members appointed directly by the Minister for Employment.

Nanna Højlund became chair of the LD Pensions board in August 2025.
Nanna Højlund has been Vice Chairman of the Danish Trade Union Confederation since January 2019. Prior to that, she served as Vice Chairman of LO from 2015, and as Union Secretary of FOA from 2005. Nanna Højlund has focused in particular on areas such as education, research, skills development and labour market policy. She was previously chair of the Women’s Council.

Nanna Højlund is also chair of the board at both the Workers’ Museum and SOSU H, and a board member of TAMU and the Foundation for Entrepreneurship.

Vice Chairman of LD Pensions
Ane Arnth Jensen has been a member of the LD Pensions board since 2005, and she became Vice Chairman in 2013.
Until 1 May 2025, Ane Arnth Jensen was Deputy Chief Executive of Finans Danmark and Director of the Danish Mortgage Bankers’ Association. She joined the organisation in 2016, with responsibilities including the Danish Mortgage Bankers’ Association, of which she had been Director since 2006. Ane Arnth Jensen has in-depth knowledge of the financing and regulation of the property market, including EU matters of significance to the Danish housing and property market.
Ane Arnth Jensen also sits on the board of SJF Bank.

Vice Chairman of the Danish Trade Union Confederation
Member of the Board of LD Pensions
Flemming Grønsund joined the board of LD Pensions in April 2024.
Flemming Grønsund has been involved in collective bargaining for many years and has been an active participant in the trade union system. Since September 2023, he has served as Vice Chairman of the Danish Trade Union Confederation. Prior to that, he was a bargaining secretary in 3F’s Green Group. He has previously served as a trade union secretary at 3F BJMF and the Copenhagen Gardeners’ Union.Â

Flemming Grønsund qualified as a greenhouse gardener in 1988.

Executive Vice-President, Tryg
Member of the Board of LD Pensions
Hans Arnum joined the board of LD Pensions in September 2018.
Hans Arnum has been a director at Tryg since April 2018. He heads up Tryg’s Danish retail business and is country manager for Denmark. From 2010 until spring 2018, he worked at Nordea, where he held several management positions, most recently as Head of Commercial Banking Denmark. Prior to that, he was a partner at McKinsey & Co.

He holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy, Business & Government (Harvard University, 1996) and a Master’s degree in Public Administration (RUC, 1997).

Economic adviser at the Danish Trade Union Confederation

Nadja Røhr joined the board of LD Pensions on 1 December 2024.
Since December 2024, Nadja Røhr has been employed as an economist at the Danish Trade Union Confederation, where she works in the pensions sector. She previously held the post of deputy director at the Ministry of Employment, with professional responsibility for the same area. From 2018 to 2021, Nadja Røhr was employed as a senior adviser at the Danish Employers’ Association.
Nadja Røhr holds a Master of Economics from the University of Southern Denmark.

Chair of Akademikerne
Member of the Board in LD Pensions
Tomas Kepler joined the board of LD Pensions on 1 May 2025.
Tomas Kepler was elected chair of Akademikerne in March 2025. He holds a Master of Arts in English and History from Aarhus University and has been employed as a senior teacher of English and History at Aalborghus Gymnasium.

Tomas Kepler has been chair of the Upper Secondary School Teachers’ Association since 2019. He was first elected as a union representative in 2009 and has been a member of the association’s executive committee since 2014.
