LD Investment Association (KLD)
The investment company was established by LD Pensions to pave the way for the outsourcing of a number of investment management tasks. The investment company is wholly owned by LD Pensions and comprises the majority of LD Pensions’ listed assets.
In the summer of 2014, the LD Professional Association changed its status to the LD Investment Association as a result of new legislation.
The Board of Directors of KLD comprises Lars Mayland Nielsen (Chair), Else Nyvang (Vice Chairman) and Stefan Elbrønd Andersen (Board Member).
LD Equity 1 K/S
LD Pensions established LD Equity 1 K/S in 2006 to invest in unlisted and smaller listed companies. It is a limited partnership, as this is a common form of organisation for investment funds. The fund is currently in liquidation.
LD Pensions owns 76.1% of LD Equity 1 K/S.
