Partners

In LD Pensions, we work with ESG advisers, organisations and other institutional investors to promote responsibility and obtain better information about the companies in which we invest.

We recognise that, by working together with others, we are in a stronger position when it comes to gathering information and encouraging companies to make more sustainable choices. That is why we purchase data and assessments from consultants, as well as support in engaging with companies to encourage them to change their behaviour.

We also collaborate nationally and internationally with other institutional investors and organisations on responsible investment. This collaboration involves data, knowledge-sharing, the exchange of experiences and joint initiatives to influence companies.

Data providers and consultants
  • LD Pensions is a member of the Danish network forum Dansif. It is a network for knowledge-sharing amongst professional investors, advisory firms and others involved in responsible investment.

  • Federated Hermes EOS engages in dialogue with companies on behalf of LD Pensions in order to encourage them to adopt a more sustainable approach.

By working with a partner, we can take part in a coordinated approach towards companies, speaking on behalf of many institutional investors.

  • The Labour Rights Investor Network (LRIN) is a global forum for investors working to safeguard labour rights within companies. Members are committed to integrating labour rights considerations into their investments and to collaborating with other investors on this issue.

  • LD Pensions uses research from Minerva on the annual general meetings of international companies, and we use their IT solution to cast our votes.

  • In LD Pensions, ESG data and company analyses from Morningstar Sustainalytics are used in connection with screening and active ownership.

  • In LD Pensions, ESG data from MSCI is used, amongst other things, to calculate the carbon footprint of our investments in listed shares and corporate bonds.

  • Nature Action 100 is a global initiative in which investors join forces to help companies better protect nature. The initiative focuses on companies that have the greatest impact on biodiversity and natural resources, and works with them to reduce risks to nature and find sustainable solutions. Like the Climate Action 100+ initiative, Nature Action 100 uses active ownership – that is, dialogue and pressure from investors – to bring about positive change. The aim is to halt the loss of nature and preserve ecosystems for the benefit of both people and the environment.

  • As a signatory to the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), LD Pensions is committed to incorporating six principles for responsible investment and promoting their widespread adoption. The PRI is the world’s largest network focusing on responsible investment.

  • LD Pensions uses analyses from Verisk Maplecroft to assess human rights risks across different countries.

The analyses are used in connection with the screening and ongoing assessment of investments in high-risk countries.
