LD Pensions has established policies and guidelines for all key areas.

Established policies and guidelines ensure effective corporate governance and sound management of customers, investments, accounting, IT, data protection and outsourcing. Results and risks are reported on and monitored on an ongoing basis.

Responsible Investment Policy

LD Pensions' Responsible Investment Policy sets out objectives and a framework for specific initiatives aimed at exercising responsible and active ownership and promoting sustainable investment.

Remuneration policy

LD Pensions' Remuneration policy sets out the framework and general terms for the remuneration of different groups of staff and for the fees paid to LD Pensions' board of directors.

Legal information and data protection policy

LD Pensions' policy on personal data protection (data protection policy) sets out the framework for our processing of personal data, including that relating to our members.

We comply with current legislation and provide information on the types of data we process, and on how you can contact us and our Data Protection Officer.

Supervision of LD Pensions

The Ministry of Employment is the line ministry responsible for LD Pensions. The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority supervises LD Pensions, including its investment policy, risk management, accounting and outsourcing.

Whistleblower

It is a legal requirement that LD Pensions must have a whistleblower scheme. The scheme is reserved for, and may only be used by, LD Pensions’ employees.
