The reason for the cancellation is that LD has been proposed as the manager of a new fund. If the proposed legislative amendment is implemented, this will result in an increase in total assets under management from 2021 onwards.
The revised tender documents are largely similar to the previous ones. The main changes have been made to accommodate the expected increase in the fund’s volume.
