The LD Pensions board has a new chair. Nanna Højlund, who is Vice Chairman of the Danish Trade Union Confederation, took up the post of chair at the LD Pensions board meeting on 19 August 2025.

Nanna Højlund has been Vice Chairman of the Danish Trade Union Confederation since 2019 and, prior to that, Vice Chairman of LO. As the new Chair, she succeeds Morten Skov Christiansen, who has been Chair of LD Pensions since May 2023.
The other members of the LD Pensions board are Vice Chairman Ane Arnth Jensen, who is a professional board member; Flemming Grønsund, who is Vice Chairman of the Danish Trade Union Confederation; Hans Arnum, who is Executive Vice-President at Tryg; Kirsten Smedegaard Andersen, a professional board member; Nadja Røhr, an economic adviser to the Danish Trade Union Confederation; and Tomas Kepler, Chair of Akademikerne.
The composition of the LD Pensions Board of Directors is laid down in the Cost-of-Living Allowance Fund Act. The Board is appointed by the Minister for Employment and consists of seven members, four of whom are appointed on the recommendation of the main employees’ organisations, and three of whom are appointed directly by the Minister.
