Morten Skov Christiansen is replacing Lizette Risgaard as chair. Lizette Risgaard has been a member of the LD Pensions board since 2007 and became chair in December 2015. The Danish Trade Union Confederation has decided that Morten Skov Christiansen will take over from Lizette Risgaard as chair of LD Pensions.

In addition to the new chairmanship, the LD Pensions board has welcomed another new board member. This is Ingerlise Buck, who is an economic adviser at the Danish Trade Union Confederation. Ingerlise Buck replaces Bente Sorgenfrey, who is the former Vice Chairman of the Danish Trade Union Confederation. The other members of LD Pensions’ board are Vice Chairman Ane Arnth Jensen, who is deputy managing director of Finans Danmark; Hans Arnum, who is a director at Tryg; Jonas Schytz Juul, chief economist and head of department at the Danish Trade Union Confederation; Kirsten Smedegaard Andersen, a professional board member; and Lisbeth Lintz, chair of Akademikerne.

The composition of the LD Pensions Board of Directors is laid down in The Cost-of-Living Allowance Fund Act. The Board is appointed by the Minister for Employment and consists of seven members, four of whom are appointed on the recommendation of the main employees’ organisations, and three of whom are appointed directly by the Minister.
