The job
You will be working on active ownership as well as ESG analysis and reporting across all asset classes. You will also be involved in the day-to-day portfolio management of the Cost-of-Living Allowance Fund and The Holiday Allowance Fund. You will collaborate across the organisation, as the ESG area also involves, for example, communications and legal affairs.
The ESG tasks include:
- the development of LD Pensions’ work on ESG
- voting procedures at general meetings
- collection and analysis of ESG data at portfolio, theme and company level
- ESG reporting
- monitoring of regulation and trends in the ESG field
- follow-up with external partners (both local and international).
Secondary tasks include:
- a wide range of analytical tasks within the field of investment
- participation in the investment strategy process.
Your profile
- You have a higher education qualification in economics.
- You have a keen interest in and are motivated by working with ESG in an investment context.
- You are analytical and meticulous.
- You are committed to delivering results of a high professional standard.
- You are a strong team player.
- You actively contribute to creating a positive working environment.
- You may have a few years’ experience in the financial sector, and experience of working with ESG would be an advantage.
- You are keen to engage in dialogue with external partners.
- You have a strong understanding of data.
- You may have experience with programming (e.g. VBA).
