On 1 July 2022, Dorrit Vanglo will step down as director of LD Pensions – after 33 years managing cost-of-living allowance funds and, most recently, holiday allowance funds as well.
Dorrit Vanglo has chosen to step down from her role as director in order to focus her efforts on board work instead.
We would like to thank Dorrit for her significant contribution in LD Pensions, and we therefore invite our Partners, business associates and both former and current colleagues to a farewell reception in LD Pensions.

Dorrit Vanglo joined the Employees’ Cost-of-Living Fund (now LD Pensions) in 1989, taking charge of unlisted investments, and was appointed deputy director of Dyrtidsfonden in 2004. In 2011, she became Director of LD Pensions. She has served on a number of boards and, most recently, was also a member of the government’s pension commission.
New Executive Board
With effect from 1 August, the Board of LD Pensions has appointed Lars Mayland Nielsen as the new Chief Executive of LD Pensions and named our Finance Director, Charlotte Mark, as Deputy Chief Executive – you will also have the opportunity to meet LD Pensions’ new Executive Board on the day.
